RETURN POLICY
ELECTRICAL ITEMS AND CUT GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service within 10 days from the date you receive the product and:

Request a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receiving an RA#. Merchandise returned without a RA# will not be accepted.

Place the merchandise including all the original parts and accessories in the original package and place it in a separate box suitable for shipping along with the original invoice. Write the RA# on the outside of the package.

We will not accept any return sent to us COD. Please prepay all freight costs. Return shipping cost for unauthorized and incorrect returns will be the customer's responsibility.
NOTE: All returns are subject to repacking, and restocking fees. (Minimum 25%) Return for exchange, repairs, or refunds will be applied after inspection of returned merchandise to SDMX. Electrical items and Cut goods are not returnable.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
SDMX thoroughly inspects all items before shipment. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery and contact SDMX's Customer Service immediately. If your merchandise is left without a signature and damage is found, contact SDMX's Customer Service immediately. DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING. Our preferred carriers impose requirements that you report damage within 10 days of receipt. We can then assist you in filing a claim with the delivery company. We do take special care to insure your merchandise will arrive safely and will assist you in filing a claim. Our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts shipment.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Merchandise sold by SDMX is backed by the manufacturer's warranties. Copies of warranties are available on request. All warranty issues must be addressed and serviced by the manufacturer.
SALES TAX:
If a product is shipped anywhere in California we must charge sales tax as per the State of California’s Board of Equalization. The only exceptions to this are purchases for resale, watercraft exemption, government, or merchandise shipped to an exporter in California. The proper documentation must be completed for any of these exceptions.

We have taken great care to accurately describe and represent the products on our website. The information we have posted comes directly from the manufacturer. When an error is brought to our attention we will try to correct it as soon as possible.
PRODUCT PRICING:
We try to keep the pricing on our website as current and accurate as possible. However, San Diego Marine Exchange, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors or price increases at the time merchandise is purchased.
